Operator and scope
ROWAN INTERACTIVE (로완인터렉티브) operates Last Box Out, also named 마감대소동 and 出荷パニック, and this website. Privacy contact: the operator’s privacy team at info@rowanzone.co.kr. Effective September 27, 2026.
On-device data
No game account or sign-in is required. Your nickname, coins, experience, equipment, characters, personal records, progress, language and sound settings are stored on your device and are not currently sent to our game server. Removing the app or changing devices may lose this progress. Cloud progress restoration is not provided.
Server data and purposes
We process a hashed app-specific device identifier, platform, first/recent use times, shift-start records, play balances and ad reward claims/receipts to manage plays and prevent duplicate grants. Android identifiers are hashed on-device; iOS uses a random identifier stored in Keychain. These are not real names or login accounts. Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity or Apple App Attest/DeviceCheck verifies app/device integrity. IP addresses reach servers and providers during network communication. Our API does not retain ordinary access logs.
Ads and purchases
Rewarded ads are optional. Google AdMob may process approximate location derived from IP, device/ad identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Ad privacy choices are offered where required by region and consent status. When purchases are enabled, we process Apple/Google product and transaction identifiers, state and verification times to grant/restore unlimited plays and check refunds. Purchase tokens and other revalidation proof are encrypted at rest. We do not receive card numbers or passwords. Support requests include your reply address and voluntarily supplied messages/attachments.
Providers and international processing
Google LLC (United States) provides Firebase/Google Cloud storage and security checks, and AdMob advertising. Firestore’s primary storage region is Seoul, South Korea; security, support and ad processing may also occur in the United States and other Google processing locations. Apple Inc. (United States) provides iOS integrity checks and App Store transaction validation. Data is sent over encrypted connections when these features are used and retained according to provider terms. You may avoid optional ad and purchase requests by not using those features. Online play quotas require device verification. Provider details and contact information are linked below.
Retention and deletion
Play/reward records are retained as needed to maintain balances and prevent duplicate grants; purchase verification records are retained to maintain and restore entitlements. When the purpose ends, including verified deletion requests or service closure, we delete records unless law requires retention. Where applicable, contract/payment and supply records are retained for five years and consumer complaint/dispute records for three years, with restricted use. Electronic records are deleted in a manner intended to prevent recovery. Uninstalling alone does not delete server records.
Rights and security
Email info@rowanzone.co.kr to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. We use the minimum necessary proof, such as the support code in Settings, to avoid affecting another person’s data. We do not request passwords or card details. We explain effects on play/purchase restoration and any legal limits before acting. We use encrypted transport, server-only database access, restricted admin access and encrypted purchase proof.
Children and changes
The game is not directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child’s data has been improperly processed; we will investigate and act under applicable law. This website has no separate analytics or advertising trackers. Policy updates appear here with their effective date; significant changes are announced in the app or on this site.
